As Victoria’s home of live sports and entertainment, the Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) precinct is a popular hub for community activity.
It’s a place where people from all walks of life come together to share experiences and make memories.
The support of Victoria’s diverse communities is vital to M&OP’s success, and M&OP is committed to reflecting the values of the community it serves.
The venues that make up the precinct are significant community assets, and M&OP encourages community members to visit the precinct, enjoy the green open space and make use of the public amenities at Gosch’s Paddock and Olympic Park Oval when not in use for training.
We also provide venue access and in-kind support to our tenants and partners who run a range of community focussed events each year.
One of the ways M&OP shows its support is by lighting up the AAMI Park roof to raise awareness for various causes that are close to our community members’ hearts.
Since opening in 2010, the AAMI Park roof has been up in support of a range of causes, including Parkinsons Victoria, Cancer Council Victoria, World AIDS day, Amaze Autism Victoria, the Ovarian Cancer Institute, and many more.
