Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) is gearing up to break ground on a second home for St Andrews Beach Brewery, giving this much-loved Mornington Peninsula institution pride of place within Melbourne’s home of live sport, music and entertainment.

Opening in 2024, St Andrews Beach Brewery, The Garden, is set to bring the finest paddock-to-plate coastal products to an inner-city garden destination located within CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park, right at the heart of the city’s premier live events hub.

M&OP has assembled an expert team to help reimagine and refurbish an existing asset to realise our shared vision of an oasis within the urban landscape. The Greater Group has been appointed as architect and principal consultant, with detailed designs nearing completion. Deloitte PDS Group has been appointed as project manager and superintendent.

M&OP will soon be seeking to complete this all-star line-up with the appointment of an industry-leading builder through an open tender process. This Request For Tender (RFT), set to be released via Tender Victoria Portal in September 2023, represents an unmissable opportunity for a visionary builder or construction group to deliver a unique, landmark project in one of Melbourne’s most iconic locations.

The construction contract is expected to be awarded by late November 2023, with works to commence in February 2024.
