As a Victorian Government Agency, the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust is honoured to conduct procurement on behalf of the people of Victoria.

All M&OP procurement adheres to the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) requirements.

The Trust conducts most procurement through VendorPanel and Buying for Victoria. Suppliers can register their business on VendorPanel via this link. An overview of the Trust’s planned procurement activities for the next 12-24 months is available in the Forward Procurement Plan.

M&OP uses Eftsure to reduce payment errors, fraud, and cybercrime risks. Suppliers must provide business information to Eftsure for independent verification before any payments.
