procurement
As a Victorian Government Agency, the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust consider it a privilege to conduct procurement on behalf of the people of Victoria.
The Trust strives to deliver value for the Victorian public when procuring goods and services by considering benefits beyond the direct financial value of the good or service that is received.
This approach includes support for innovation and the alignment of procurement activities to positive social and environmental outcomes.
The Trust is committed to conducting procurement with the highest standards of probity, accountability, transparency and integrity by providing a fair and competitive opportunity to all suppliers.
All Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) procurement is conducted in accordance with the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) requirements.
Opportunities
The Trust conducts most of its procurement sourcing through VendorPanel and Buying for Victoria. Suppliers wishing to register their business on VendorPanel can do so through this link.
An overview of the Trust’s planned procurement activities for the upcoming 12-24 months is provided in the Forward Procurement Plan.
Eftsure
M&OP uses Eftsure as part of its supplier payment process to reduce the risk of payment error, fraud and cybercrime.
All suppliers must provide business information to Eftsure for independent verification before any payments.
