Ahead of the ‘We’re All Fruit Salad Tour’ arriving at Rod Laver Arena, we've prepared the following information to help you with your visit.
What are the show and door times?
How long do the shows run for?
Each show will run for approximately 60 minutes.
How do I get to Rod Laver Arena?
Due to increased activity within the Melbourne & Olympic Parks precinct during this time, we encourage guests to allow for extra travel time.
Parking at Melbourne Park is only available to those who have pre-booked. You will not be able to drive up without a booking.
Guests with accessible parking requirements are advised to phone the Ticketek on 9286 1208. If sold out, please pre-book parking online (as per above) and speak to an attendant upon arrival. Additionally, reduced mobility guests can be dropped off in the Northern Carpark via Entrance A (Batman Avenue).
The Arena is accessible by tram, train and bus and is walking distance from Richmond Station and Flinders Street Station.
What are the COVIDSafe changes to the venue?
We've made some changes to the venue to keep you safe and you can help us by following the guidelines below.
Guests can check-in upon arrival using any of the internal QR codes. We encourage guests to download the Service Victoria app to ensure a more seamless entry process. For more information, click here.
The venue is separated into two zones. Your zone, designated gate and allocated entry time is listed on your ticket. You must enter via your designated gate only.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or required to be in self-isolation or quarantine by the Victorian Department of Health. This includes recent travellers from interstate or overseas, those who have been a close contact with a COVID-19 case or have visited an exposure site. Guests who cannot attend for any of these reasons can request a full refund here.
Can I bring a bag or backpack into the Arena?
Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the Arena and a limit of one bag per person applies.
As a Condition of Entry into Rod Laver Arena, all guests are subject to a ticket check, bag search and security screening at all entrance points to the venue.
Guests should read and understand our Conditions of Entry prior to booking tickets and attending the event.
Rod Laver Arena no longer offers cloaking so any prohibited items will need to be disposed of or returned to your vehicle prior to entry.
Prohibited items include professional cameras (including video/audio recording equipment), iPads, laptops, selfie sticks, lasers, weapons of any sort, animals (other than assistance dogs), glass (including bottles) or cans, drink and plastic bottles above 600ml.
Can I bring food & drink into the Arena?
Small amounts of food and 'soft plastic' drink of bottles of 600ml or under are permitted into the Arena.
The Arena will have retail food and beverage outlets open throughout all shows.
To help ease congestion within the venue, only one person per group can attend the food and beverage outlets at a time and please consume these goods in your seat only.
What about prams?
Prams are not permitted into seating bowl.
For this event, pram parking will be available at no charge via the Margaret Court Arena concourse (see map below).
If you are bringing your pram, please allow 20 minutes prior to your designated arrival time.
Where possible, we encourage guests to leave prams in their cars and not bring them to the Arena.
Where I can go for help with my tickets?
A Box Office is located at both Gate 3 & 4 of Rod Laver Arena.
All tickets for this event are mobile-only. Hard-copy tickets will not be available to purchase at the venue.
Please ensure you have your most up-to-date mobile ticket ready and loaded when reaching the turnstile, with your phone's brightness turned all the way up.

Will there be any special effects during the shows?
No pyro or dramatic special effects (i.e. strobe, lasers, etc.) are being using during any of the shows.
Will there be merchandise available to purchase?
Official merchandise will be available for sale both prior and during the shows. There are multiple merchandise outlets located throughout the venue.
Where can I access First Aid?
The First Aid post is located on the Arena concourse between Door 14 & 15.
Additionally, there will be First Aid members in attendance roaming inside the Arena.
