AAMI Park COVIDSafe changes

Following the Victorian Department of Heath's announcement of the latest COVIDSafe settings, Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) is excited to welcome increased crowds of up to 75 per cent capacity at AAMI Park.

As a result, all sporting events at the venue, including A-League, NRL and Super Rugby fixtures, will phase into a reserved seat ticketing model over the coming weeks.

In addition, we're also looking forward to the return of active support at A-League fixtures, following the Victorian Department of Health’s approval of our A-League tenant clubs’ proposal for the COVIDSafe return of active support.

This will be effective for Melbourne City v Western Sydney Wanderers this Friday night and all upcoming A-League fixtures.

Active fans will return to the relevant bays determined by the home club’s venue configuration, with standing, chanting and club-approved flags and instruments permitted for the entirety of the match.

All bays will be configured in a quadrant model, including active bays, which allows fans to safely celebrate, while supporting contact tracing.

Further detail regarding the ticketing configuration will be provided to guests ticketed to these bays.
