Update: March 16 2020
Melbourne & Olympic Parks is committed to looking out for all guests who may be impacted by the federal government advice against gatherings of more than 500 people starting Monday 16 March, in light of growing concerns around coronavirus.
For this reason, we are proactively providing refunds to all those who purchased pre-booked car parking at the Eastern Plaza from Monday 16 March – Monday 13 April. Your booking is now cancelled, and the bank account associated with the purchaser’s credit or debit card will receive the original payment returned in full, within 10 days.
Please note that if you still seek car parking, for a purpose other than a cancelled event, drive by parking at the Eastern Plaza Car Park is currently available, although this is subject to change without notice. Payment can be made on entry at the regular rate of $7.50 per day. For the time being, guests will not be able to pre-book new parking spots.
For more information regarding the status of any upcoming events scheduled to be held at our venues (Rod Laver Arena, AAMI Park, Melbourne Arena and Margaret Court Arena), please see our website and social media pages, which will be continuously updated as more information becomes available.
If you have not received a refund by Monday 30 March, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking details.
We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
To update/cancel a current guest pre-booking or if you are a staff member, please see here.
Alternate parking options can be found below, and there are several public transport options available.
Melbourne & Olympic Parks' Eastern Car Park is the main public parking area within the precinct. You can find it by heading to Entrance D on Olympic Boulevard - see where it is on a map of the precinct.
Accessible parking and drop off areas
Accessible parking is booked through Ticketek on their Accessible Seating Hotline: (03) 9286 1208. We’d recommend booking parking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Reduced mobility guests visiting Rod Laver or Margaret Court Arena by car can be dropped off in the Northern carpark via entrance A (Batman Avenue). Just to let you know, all visitors have 20 minutes to drop off guests to the arena, after which time you may be charged.
For those with reduced mobility visiting Melbourne Arena, there’s a designated drop off zone directly in front of the venue on Olympic Boulevard.
For AAMI Park, access to the stadium for those with reduced mobility is via Olympic Boulevard – there is no other access. You can see where this is located on the map of the precinct.
You can find passenger drop-off areas at entrance E (for gate 5 or 7) and entrance F (for gate 4 or 2). Just a heads up, there is strictly no parking – it's drop off only here.
Drop off areas
Designated drop off areas can be found in front of Melbourne Arena or opposite Gosch’s Paddock.
Other parking options
If Melbourne & Olympic Parks’ parking is sold out, don’t worry - there are other parking options available.

CITY CAR PARKS (SECURE PARKING)
All venues listed are within 10 minutes' walk.
There are several meter parking options available around the Botanical Gardens and along the Yarra River.
